Shipping policy

All clothing items are made to order and can take 1-2 weeks to ship. All other items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days.

Our TAT (Turnaround Time) is 1-2 weeks for all made to order items.

Turnaround Time accounts for the time it takes us to produce your product. It does not account for shipping time. Shipping time varies and is dependent on the carrier. We use USPS Ground as standard and express shipping. Both options are available at check out. 

We offer free shipping on all orders of $35.00.

In the case of damaged packages please email us at gospelgearcompany@gmail.com so we can address your concerns. 

Once the package has been dropped off with the carrier, delays and location of the package is out of our control. Please contact your local shipping office for updates on arrival times and/or shipping questions. 

All packages ship with insurance from our shop! If a package is missing or has not arrived even though the tracking claims it has, your best option is to call your local post office with your tracking number. All items ship with tracking! If the package is MIA, opening a claim is the next step! Gospel Gear Co claims no responsibility for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the postal service. All issues are to be taken up with the shipping provider, although I’m happy to help in any way that I can!

Buyers are responsible for filing claims on lost packages! 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
