Refund policy

We allow order cancellations up to 1 hour after placing an order. Modifications can be made as long as I haven’t already processed your inventory for made to order items. 

Returns and exchanges are only permitted if there is a physical defect with the item, or an error has occurred on our end. All sales are otherwise final. Returns and exchanges for such errors need to be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
